A woman claims the assault against the singer over 'an incident' occured at a party at Seattle's Crowne Plaza hotel where she and another woman were intoxicated with bottles of vodka and beer.
Sean Kingston has joined a rank of celebrities who have been caught in scandal after two women accused the "Beautiful Girls" singer of sexual assault. According to TMZ, the incident occurred at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Seattle on Sunday night, July 11.
Law enforcement sources told the site that the two women, who showed up for a party in one of the hotel rooms, were intoxicated with bottles of vodka and beer when they arrived. Sean reportedly bedded one of the two women, who was claimed "very aggressive."
When Sean left and went to another room on the same floor, the woman proceeded to have sex with two other men in the room. The second woman reportedly also had sex with someone in the room.
According to a manager at the hotel, "an incident" did occur that night but the manager didn't give specific detail of what had happened. Meanwhile, fire department told the site that an ambulance was called that night and the two women, ages 19 and 20, were transported to a hospital where rape tests were conducted.
The site further reported that police initially wanted to interview Sean but determined later that they would not conduct the interview because they didn't believe the women's claims. The women, in the meantime, allegedly already have a lawyer and are going to file a civil lawsuit.
