This year's MuchMusic Video Awards has come to an end with Justin Bieber and Hedley leading the full winners list with three prizes each. Justin added two more awards UR FAVE Video and UR FAVE New Artist after winning International Video by a Canadian earlier that evening.
"2nite is 1 of those nights i will never forget. Thank u to every fan who ever cared or supported or listened to a song. U did this. Thank u," he tweeted. "Just kinda in shock. Feels really good. And to be able to share it with my family and my friends...there is nothing better."
As for Hedley, this Canadian pop rock band scooped the top prize Video of the Year. They won over Billy Talent, Danny Fernandes, Nickelback and Stereos. Their two other nods were earned in Pop Video of the Year and Post-Production of the Year categories.
Furthermore, co-host of the Sunday night ceremony, Miley Cyrus, got one trophy for International Video of the Year - Artist, thanks to "Party in the U.S.A." She beat such big stars as Eminem, Jay-Z, Katy Perry, Lady GaGa, Rihanna and Taylor Swift.
