Katy Perry, Justin Bieber and More Arrive at 2010 MuchMusic Video Awards

Perry donned a bright blue Ashish dress with sexy cut-outs, Bieber sported semi-formal look while Adam Lambert attended the event in a fancy black and white suit.

Stars have shown up at the red carpet of 2010 MuchMusic Video Awards, which is held at Much's Queen and John studios in Toronto on Sunday, June 20. Among early attendees were Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Adam Lambert, Drake, Shenae Grimes, DJ Pauly D and blogger Perez Hilton.

Perry glammed up the event's red carpet in a bright blue Ashish dress with sexy cut-outs. She accessorized with Christian Louboutin pumps and Anzie jewels. Giving a humor to her arrival, the "I Kissed a Girl" hitmaker, who is up for International Video of the Year - Artist prize, threw some ice cream out at various members of the media. "Who wants a banana?" she yelled to the crowd.

YouTube sensation Bieber, who pulled up in a ridiculously fancy car, donned a gray suit and black T-shirt underneath for the event. He matched his semi-formal look with bright jeans and a necklace. At the red carpet, Bieber posed along with Drake, who looked casual in his black jacket and glasses, for camera frenzy.

"We came here, we're pretty much family, he's like my big brother, we're here to have a good time," Bieber said to MuchMusic's VJ Sarah Taylor about Drake. Drake added, "This is like one of the greatest talents that Canada has ever seen, and the world has ever seen. And I just give him the advice that I've learned. You know, I love him a lot. That's my little man. Anything he needs, I got him, he knows that." Bieber scored four nominations while Drake led the Award with seven nods.

Unlike Bieber and Drake who opted semi-formal look, Lambert attended the event in a fancy black and white suit. The "For Your Entertainment" singer perfected his appearance with leopard-print tie and matching boots. Meanwhile, Grimes arrived in black mini dress and matched heels. Other than her bracelet, the "Picture This" actress channeled black ensemble and pulled back her hair. She was among the stars on hand for the Awards.

Moreover, Whitney Port was all smiles as she greeted fans and posed for pictures in a colorful mini dress. However, Port didn't wear her own Whitney Eve label. On her life as a fashion designer shown on television, Port told CP 24's Melissa Grelo, "It is difficult. They get every little failure and they magnify it. But it's one of those things where I take the positive from it. It's really cool to show what I'm really passionate about on camera."

And controversy-lover Perez Hilton sported a Lily Pulitzer-designed white and black panda embossed suit for the night. "I'm looking forward to Miley Cyrus," the celebrity blogger told Grelo. "I think Miley wants to head in that (Lady) GaGa direction and she says that GaGa is the only pop music that she listens to so we'll see what Miley has up her sleeves. Well, she's probably not wearing sleeves."

For 2010 MuchMusic Video Awards, Bieber, Lambert, Perry, Ke$ha, Drake, Hedley, Marianas Trench, Down With Webster, Stereos, and Lady GaGa were tipped to perform. Cyrus, in the meantime, serves as co-host.
