Snoop Dogg and a female cameo are snapped wearing bright-colored costumes for the filming of 'California Gurls'video which will be debuted in June.
Two pictures giving a sneak peek to Katy Perry's upcoming music video for her new single "California Gurls" have made their way out. One is posted on Katy's Twitter and features a female cameo wearing red shorts and candy-styled bra.
The other image is unveiled by her collaborator Snoop Dogg on his own micro-blogging site. The photo sees the rapper wearing colorful outfit and white-framed glasses when filming his part in Manhattan Beach, California on May 14.
"California Gurls" is the first single from Katy Perry's upcoming studio album "Teenage Dream" which is due in the U.S. on August 24. The music video will feature "cotton candy clouds and a candy forest" and is expected to be premiered on June 10.
During the second day of filming, Katy Perry hit the web for a live chat with her devotees via Ustream. Wearing a purple wig and colorful outfit, she talked about many things, including Miley Cyrus' "Can't Be Tamed" music video which she likes.
Also, the "I Kissed a Girl" hitmaker reportedly said that she would rather work with the new Internet singing sensation, Greyson Chance, when proposed with the idea of collaborating with Canadian teen pop star Justin Bieber.
