A day after Tina Fey said she believed he could do a sketch, he actually did a rehearsal with the show's crew.
Justin Bieber has just confirmed through his Twitter that he would be pulling double duty on "Saturday Night Live" this weekend. Not only performing to promote his latest album "My World 2.0", Bieber will also do a sketch, most likely with the appointed host this week, Tina Fey.
"Amazing day...at SNL rehearsing with the crew... Doing some skits..kinda wild that I'm here," Bieber wrote on Thursday, April 8 night. No idea yet what the 16-year-old singing sensation would do in the sketch but he had previously expressed an interest to do something funny with Chuck Norris.
Fey has expressed her vote of confidence for Bieber after learning that he has shown some comedy chops in Funny or Die videos. "I'll look that up tonight," she said on Thursday noon. "I think he totally can do it."
Fey who was in fact excited to appear with Bieber because he's "adorable" said that her daughter, 4-year-old Alice, will also be meeting Bieber. "I'm going to bring her to the set," she said, adding later "I only have a nephew, so I think if I had nieces, they would be more excited. He's adorable."
