Season 10's Cast of 'Dancing with the Stars' Listed

Turns out the bachelor himself, Jake Pavelka, will join the competition, battling mom of eight Kate Gosselin and retired astronaut Buzz Aldrin.

AceShowbiz - The tenth season of "Dancing with the Stars" announced its cast during the commercial breaks of "The Bachelor" finale on Monday, March 1. As previously reported, Pamela Anderson is in, along with NFL star Chad Ochocinco. These two were the first to be revealed by host Tom Bergeron and ET correspondent Melissa Rycroft.

As Jake Pavelka made his decision of who he was going to marry, Tom unveiled the next eight names who will grace the dance floor this summer. Announced in respective order are Aiden Turner who starred in daytime drama "All My Children", Kate Gosselin who starred in "Jon & Kate Plus 8", Shannen Doherty who reprised her role on "90210" and Buzz Aldrin who is the first man to walk the moon although Neil Armstrong stepped on the moon first.

Then there was Evan Lysacek who won gold for figure skating in recent Olympic, Erin Andrews who worked for ESPN news, Nicole Scherzinger who is one part of all-girl group The Pussycat Dolls and comedienne Niecy Nash from "Reno 911" fame.

The eleventh and last name to be announced was actually the bachelor himself, Jake. Fresh from getting engaged to Vienna, the commercial pilot will be seen practicing his hips movement on the dancing show.

The tenth season will begin on March 22 on ABC. Pro dancers who will come back are Louis van Amstel, Chelsie Hightower, Cheryl Burke, Derek Hough, Mark Ballas, Tony Dovolani, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Edyta Sliwinska, and Anna Trebunskaya. Newcomer Damian Whitewood joins the crowd. Pairings will be announced during "Good Morning America" on Tuesday, March 2.
