Featured on the publication's cover, the "Top Chef" presenter is snapped sitting on what looks like a sofa. She bends both of her knees to cover the front part of her body while offering sharp look to the lens through her right shoulder.
In a photo featured inside the magazine, Padma is seen impersonating Miley Cyrus' notorious pose for Vanity Fair. The particular shot is available for peek on Celebrity Mania. In addition to the photos, Padma also sits down for an accompanying interview, during when she confesses, "I like me better naked."
The expectant mother goes on elaborating, "I don't mean that in a vain way ... When you put clothes on, you immediately put a character on. Clothes are adjectives, they are indicators. When you don't have any clothes on, it's just you, raw, and you can't hide."
Beside the topic, Padma also discusses with Page Six Magazine her pregnancy weight, divorce to husband Salman Rushdie, and some other personal issues. The particular edition will go on sale this coming Thursday, December 3.
Padma Lakshmi was married to Salman Rushdie, who is an award-winning author, from April 2004 to July 2007. In October this year, Padma had her representative publicly announcing that she is carrying a bun in the oven. Not much information is shared about her pregnancy though, leaving her due date and the identity of the baby's father in question.
