Few months ago, Quentin Tarantino has shared his plan to make "Kill Bill 3". As the villain, Bill, was dead at the end of Volume 2, the director has decided to change the title of the upcoming movie. "It wouldn't be 'Kill Bill'," he told MTV. "It would be Volume 3 of the story of the Bride."
Though so, the third "Kill Bill" film will not be happening soon as Tarantino still has another upcoming movie project. "There's no script, there are just ideas and notes. I won't do that next, but it could very well be the thing I do after next," he stated. Assuring that the movie will definitely happen, he added, "We're getting there. We're about one movie away."
Previously, Uma Thurman has said that she is ready to reprise her role as The Bride. However, Tarantino believed he should give her ten years off before she is back in the action film. "One, I think me and Uma [Thurman] needed a ten year break," the Academy Award-winning director shared the reason behind the wait.
"And the second one, I love the character and I think she deserves ten years of peace," he continued explaining. "She deserves ten years of no fighting, she deserves ten years with her child Beebe. I put her through a lot in those first two movies and I just want her to have a nice peaceful life for ten years."
The original "Kill Bill" was initially conceived as one film, but it was then released in two separate 'volumes' in late 2003 and early 2004. It follows the character called The Bride who was once part of a group of world class female assassins. Awakened from coma after her group leader and the other assassins turn against her years earlier, she seeks bloody revenge.

@ Pixelafect: I highly doubt Beatrix would willingly train BB though, because wasn't it her main goal to have her daughter live a life of "normalcy," away from the world of murder and crime?

@marketta: Elle Driver as a blind swordsman would be awesome. 10 years have passed, so it's plausible she's been training for it. I think Sofie would probably take care of Nikki, and make sure she was trained properly (possibly with Elle's help). And because Nikki deserves her revenge about as much as the Bride deserved hers, it's quite possible the Bride will die and then be avenged by her daughter BB. Knowing that Nikki may be coming for her/them, I'm sure Beatrix will train BB.

Nice article - only ammendment, it wasn't a group of female assassins. Bill wasn't female and neither was his brother.
I think it'd work fine, it's Tarantino is one of the best ever, there's still Elle, and leaving it 10 years would work out since Elle, being blind would need to learn how to move properly in that state, and how to fight in that state, and so 10 years would make sense to be honest, and so then Kiddo could be the one being hunted down instead that time.
How can they make a Kill Bill movie without Bill? David Carradine couldn't make any kind of appearance because he's dead, and his death was extremely startling (death by autoerotic asphyxiation). You can read more about Carradine's bizarre death in "David Carradine: The Eye of My Tornado".
I think it´s asking for trouble. He should leave it at Vol 2. And if The Bride dies in Vol 3 then it will be totally pointless. And Elle Driver as a blind Samuri ?? come on ! that IS pushing it
i love kill bill but it would be hard choosing which fights are happening in the 3rd one the brides daughter vs vernita greens daughter{them punching and kicking eachother} vernita greens husband vs the bride or the crazy 88 who got slapped by the bride might get trained and get revenge or that might be all one movie i think
