After Kate Hudson was exposed in the latest trailer for "Nine", Penelope Cruz and several other female cast are now featured in new clips for the musical film. Debuted during "The Oprah Winfrey Show", two of the footage highlight the Spanish beauty who gives theatrical performance while wearing a skimpy dress on stage.
Another snippet, meanwhile, features Marion Cotillard talking to her on-screen husband, Daniel Day-Lewis. The video also shows a black and white scene as the pair recalls their moment in the past. Additionally, the latest footage exposes Nicole Kidman who is serenading a man sitting in the shade.
"Nine" is a vibrant and provocative musical that follows the life of world famous film director Guido Contini who faces a midlife crisis as he reaches a creative and personal crisis of epic proportion. While he struggles to complete his latest film, he is forced to balance the numerous women in his life including his wife, his mistress, his film star muse, his confidant and costume designer, an American fashion journalist, the whore from his youth and his mother.
Coming from the director of "Chicago", Rob Marshall, "Nine" is written by Michael Tolkin and Anthony Minghella. The film will hit U.S. theaters on December 25.
