Fans are taken behind the making of Allison Iraheta's music video supporting her single "Friday I'll Be Over U". She is seen rocking a leather jacket and jamming with her band. Also, there is a capture of the red-headed girl performing the track on a red lip-shaped couch.
"Friday I'll Be Over U" is the lead single taken from Allison's debut studio album "Just Like You" which is going to hit the stores across United States on December 1. It has been re-recorded in Spanish called "El Viernes Te Olvido Yo ".
Most recently, "American Idol" host Ryan Seacrest announced that he will bring in Allison Iraheta together with her Idol pals Kris Allen and Adam Lambert for a reunion gig. The city with the most demands on Ryan's blog will get their visit.

I'm super excited about the music video and of course, the amazing album! It's not pure pop..it's a nice mix of pop, pop/rock, rock ballads and all of that. But hey..if you're not buying the album that's your loss. You'll be missing out on this incredible person with an out of this world voice. December 1st come faster!!! :)

I still can't believe that this amazing voice comes from a 17 year old. I heard her in the AI concert and she is the real deal. In a couple of years, when she is in control of her own material and is a little older (say, 20, LOL!) she's going to be iconic. This is a great first album. It's just the first single is pop. Let's give her album a chance and wait and see. She is selling extremely well on itunes (number 2 for a few days) and has a devoted fan base. Watch her broaden her base as ppl who are not IDOL fans find out about her. Go ALLISON!
If you're not a fan of her then why bother commenting on a article about her? There's some pop on there sure, but did anyone think that Jive would let her come out with a full on Alternative-Rock album? The lyrics in some of these songs are definitely more mature sounding, and I'm glad that her voice isn't overproduced. Allison seems very happy with her album, and I'm glad she had some say in it.Her's is the one that I'm most excited about, and the snippets sound great. They've been on repeat in my head. A lot of them are very catchy. I can't wait to see her music vid! From what I've heard it might be out next week. It looks like they're actually spending some money and taking quality time with the Idol's music vids this year. So happy about that.

Allison should learn how to enunciate her words. More often than not, her words can't be understood what she is singing about. She's known as a rocker but her album is pure pop. I like her only as she rocks. I'm not buying this album.
For those who don't like her, that's too bad. You're missing out on a hugely talented young woman. I for one love that voice and can't wait to get my hands on this album.
