Becoming the youngest artist to be crowned Entertainer of the Year, Taylor Swift is surprised when International Artist Achievement Award is given to her backstage during the CMA dress rehearsals.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift actually did not take home four trophies but five at the 43rd Annual Country Music Association Awards. She was surprised backstage during the event's dress rehearsals when Brooks & Dunn presented her with International Artist Achievement Award.

"This is beautiful!" said the country music singer who becomes the youngest musician, at only 19, to win the coveted Entertainer of the Year title. "Thank you so much! This is an awesome way to start the day!" Previous recipients for the honor included Keith Urban, Dwight Yoakam, Dixie Chicks.

"What Taylor has done for country music inside the United States is amazing in itself, but what she has done for the format internationally is outstanding," Tammy Genovese, the CMA's CEO, stated. "She recognizes the importance of taking her music around the globe, and in doing so, has become a phenomenal ambassador for country music. She is very deserving of this award."

The other three kudos grabbed by Taylor Swift are for Female Vocalist of the Year, Album of the Year and Music Video of the Year. "I want to thank every single person tonight for not running up on stage during my speech," Taylor said when accepting Female Vocalist of the Year title, poking at Kanye West for what he did on the stage of 2009 MTV VMAs.

Following her domination at the November 11 ceremony was Brad Paisley with two gongs.
