Still in her late 20s, Natalie Portman is ambivalent if she would have plastic surgery in the future as a way to salvage her acting career in Hollywood film industry. Though so, she says she wouldn't hesitate going under the knife if she had to.

Sharing about the role of beauty in the business, she tells V Magazine in an interview for its winter 2009/2010 issue, "You see people who were stars five years ago and already they're waning." She goes on, "As actresses approach 40, it starts becoming really, really difficult."

"I would hope not," she says of whether she would ever go under the knife to maintain her wrinkle-free face. She does not, however, completely rule it out, reasoning that she won't know how she will feel as she ages.

Among the other topics that Natalie Portman discusses with V Magazine are her sex scene in the upcoming war drama "Brothers", the criticism she received for her starring role in 2005 film "Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith", and how she wants to be her best. The particular issue of the publication has already hit the newsstands.
