Representatives for Jennifer Aniston and Oprah Winfrey Network have debunked the rumors that the two parties are engaged in a talk show deal. To Us Magazine, the actress' rep branded the story "absolutely false".
To strengthen the denial, a spokesperson from OWN also released a statement to Us. "OWN is not in discussions with Jennifer Aniston to host a weekly talk show," the spokesperson said.
The discussion that Aniston would team up with Oprah Winfrey to launch a late-night talk show first emerged on Daily Express' report. The London newspaper even said that Aniston will co-produce the show and that she was still in negotiation for salary.
Aniston was said inspired by her celebrity friend Chelsea Handler who thought that hosting a talk show would be great for the actress' return to television. Since wrapping up "Friends" in 2004, Aniston has not made a regular appearance on a single show.
