"House M.D." will take a two-week worth of break and return with "Known Unknowns" in the second week of November. Similarly, Cuddy, Wilson and House spend a weekend away from the hospital to attend a medical conference, but things don't go as planned when House's private investigator, Lucas, returns.
In the medical case, a teenage girl is brought to Princeton Plainsboro with severely swollen appendages after a wild night out. The team must work to diagnose the young girl, who is less than honest about what happened the night she fell ill. As her condition worsens, she becomes unable to distinguish fact from fiction.
Anna Lucia Attanasio guest stars as the teenage girl while Michael Weston returns to reprise his role as Lucas.
EW reported on Monday, October 19 that "NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service" alumna Sasha Alexander is coming to "House" in an episode airing either late December or early January. She will be a gorgeous neighbor that comes in between House and Wilson when the house-mates move into a new neighborhood.

For one, that's your point of view it doesn't mean its true. Its childish to completely stereotype that everyone who is a fan knows what it means. When that is indeed false. I've followed the show since it first came on tv I own every season up to 5. Clearly I'm a fan, obviously you need to get your facts right, because quite frankly their sad. Another thing the term "huddy" was made up by some fan girl or boy and just because a bunch of people online know what the term means doesn't mean its official. Nor does it mean people are stupid for not knowing what it means. My advice to you is to quit bashing people and forcing your opinions on others. Saying people are stupid for not knowing what a silly online term made up by a bunch of obsessed fan girls/boys, grow up seriously.
anyone who remotely even resembles a House fan, knows what Huddy means- and you get called stupid for not knowing the basic term especially when you start out calling others stupid for using it.
Doesn't mean its official and just because a bunch fan girls and boys are obsessed with the Huddy couple doesn't mean I'm stupid for not knowing what it meant. Any normal person would think it looks more like a typo then an actual thing.
People "keep saying Huddy" beacause the name is referring to the House-Cuddy couple, ergo House+Cuddy=Huddy. Look it up if you aren't smart enough to figure it out.
