Other famous faces in music industries who make cameo in the video are rapper Jadakiss, radio personality Angie Martinez, actress Paula Patton and top-notch producer duo Cool & Dre, the mastermind behind the single. Debuted on BET, the video is directed by Juwan Lee.
"Fast Car" has been released as the second single from Queen Latifah's seventh studio album "Persona" which peaked at number 25 on Billboard Hot 200 since being released in August. The album marks her comeback to Hip-Hop music since dropping "Order in the Court" in 1998.
In another news, Queen Latifah is among the honorees of 2009 Black Girls Rock! Awards along with R&B singer Mary J. Blige, actress Raven-Symone and model Naomi Campbell.
