'Saw VI' Delivers New Featurette on Jigsaw

Tobin Bell, the actor who has portrayed main 'Saw' villain Jigsaw since the beginning, speaks up about what the sixth film has to offer, sharing that 'the puzzle is going to fall together'.

AceShowbiz - Jigzaw has come under the spotlight in the brand new featurette from "Saw VI". Put forth by MySpace, the promo video features Tobin Bell, the actor who takes the role since the first "Saw" in 2004, revealing that the movie will offer explanation on why the wicked character created the deadly games. The featurette also gives out some never-before-seen footage.

This sixth installment of the "Saw" series uncovers that Special Agent Strahm is dead, and Detective Hoffman has emerged as the unchallenged successor to Jigsaw's legacy. However, when the FBI draws closer to Hoffman, he is forced to set a game into motion, and Jigsaw's grand scheme is finally understood.

"The Strangers" editor Kevin Greutert takes over the directing part of "Saw VI" from "Saw V" helmer David Hackl. Screenwriter duo Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton return to pen the script. Shawnee Smith, Mark Rolston, Betsy Russell, Costas Mandylor and James Van Patten are among the cast ensemble. The movie will open wide in the U.S. on October 23.
