Done with her starring role in Drew Barrymore's "Whip It!", Ellen Page is venturing out to the TV world by becoming a writer-producer. The actress who claimed her fame by being Juno MacGuff in the Oscar-winning "Juno", will pen for an HBO comedy called "Stitch N' Bitch".

In getting her new stint done, Page has teamed up with two other young actors, Alia Shawkat and Sean Tillmann. All three of them will also executive produce the single-camera comedy which follows "two painfully cool hipster girls as they relocate from Brooklyn's Williamsburg neighborhood to Los Angeles' Silver Lake enclave in hopes of becoming artists - of any kind."

According THR there is a chance that the trio will also star in the series but decision regarding this will be made later. There is yet any word about the premiere date.

Alia Shawkat can be identified as Maeby on "Arrested Development" while Sean Tillmann is a newcomer in the industry. Ellen Page, Shawkat and Tillmann are co-stars in "Whip It!" which has been in theaters across United States since October 2.
