Carrie Underwood has a flower on her ear for the cover art of her new album 'Play On'.

AceShowbiz - An artwork which reportedly will be featured on the front cover of Carrie Underwood's new album "Play On" has been found. Outed via USA Today, the photo has the country music singer sitting with a flower inserted on one of her ears and leaning her chin on her right hand.

Carrie is expected to release the new album across United States on November 3. She has worked on a new song with top-notch producer Max Martin. Though so, it is still unclear whether or not the track they crafted will be included in the forthcoming set.

"We haven't determined that yet," Sony Music Nashville chairman Joe Galante said. "We haven't heard the track." Other music maker involved in the making of the record is Mark Bright.

Moreover, Carrie is also revealed to have recorded a song from Ne-Yo. "We came out with an awesome song. I'm not sure if it fits within the context of the rest of the album, but there is no doubt in my mind that somebody somewhere is going to record this song," she stated.

New album aside, Carrie Underwood has been tapped to return as a co-host at this year's CMA Awards with Brad Paisley on November 11. "I thought we did a good job [last year]," Carrie commented to People. "I wasn't nervous about being asked back. But I was hoping they would ask us."
