AceShowbiz - Jay-Z will perform at a concert dubbed "Fuse Presents JAY-Z Live from Madison Square Garden: Answer the Call" on September 11. The gig is aimed to raise money for New York Police and Fire Widows' and Children's Benefit Fund, a charity created to support the families of police officers and firefighters who have died in the line of duty.

Also being used as a platform to celebrate the release of Jay-Z's new album "The Blueprint 3" which will be outed in U.S. market on the same day, the benefit concert is going to be held at New York City's Madison Square Garden and will be broadcast live on Fuse. Tickets for the show already went on sale on August 24 with prices beginning at $599 for a pair.

"This charity and concert encompass the true spirit of New York City," Jay-Z said in a press release. "We are asking everyone to 'answer the call' and support and honor the families of those that lost their lives in the line of duty. There was true camaraderie and resiliency that this city showed the world in 2001, and we continue that today by taking care of our own."

In another news, two new songs from Jay-Z's forthcoming record have hit the web. The first one, "Off That", is a duet track between Jay-Z and Drake. Meanwhile, the second song is called "Reminder" and has no featured guest on the hook.
