Leona Lewis has just confirmed that her forthcoming second studio album is entitled "Echo". The winner of 2006 "The X Factor" also announces November 16 as a U.K. release date for the new effort. It means that the record will hit U.S. market on November 17.
"Today we can finally reveal some important news Leona fans have been waiting eagerly to hear!" so it is revealed. "We're thrilled to announce that 'ECHO', the highly anticipated new album from Leona Lewis will be released on 16th November!"
On why "Echo" is picked up as the album's title, Leona says, "I titled my album 'ECHO', since an echo describes a big, organic sound. I'm in the midst of the recording process, working with incredible songwriters and producers, and my music has really evolved. It's so exciting to create something new."
"Echo" is aimed to follow up Leona Lewis' Grammy-nominated debut album "Spirit". There is no word whether or not "Don't let Me Down", the leaked song which features Justin Timberlake, will be included in this set as its track and other detailed info about the record are yet to be disclosed.
