Mario is back on the chart, having his new single 'Break Up' at No. 19 on Billboard Hot 200 and at No. 2 on Hip-Hop/R 'n' B Songs chart.

AceShowbiz - Mario climbs to number 19 on Billboard Hot 200 and reaches the second spot on the U.S. Hip-Hop/R&B Songs chart with his new single "Break Up". With such achievement, the Sean Garrett- and Gucci Mane-featuring track has become Mario's most successful single in the U.S. since "Let Me Love You" ruled Hot 100 in 2004.
Moreover, "Break Up" peaked at number 3 on U.S. iTunes R&B Songs chart and went to the top spot on the country's Urban Radio chart. Greater than that, its music video which is directed by Chris Robinson peaked at number one on 106 & Park Videos countdown.
"Break Up" is the lead single off Mario's upcoming fourth studio album "D.N.A." which is expected to arrive in U.S. market on October 13. "Thank you to everyone who voted," a message on his official website read when the track's video continued reigning the video chart for the second time back on August 10.
The new album itself was originally titled "And Then There Was Me" before being changed to "D.N.A." to reflect the musical changes that Mario has gone through since his last album "GO" in 2007. The second single from this studio project reportedly will be a song called "Stranded" which comes from production hands of Eric Hudson and Sean Garrett.
