The estranged couple, as stated in the divorce papers, has agreed to share custody of their children and to division of their property.
The divorce battle between Robin Wright Penn and Sean Penn is on again. People reports the actress filed for divorce from the actor in Marin County, Calif., on August 12, seeking to end their marriage after two dismissed divorce attempts.
The legal papers listed "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for Robin to seek divorce from Sean. Moreover, it was stated in the documents that "both parties have already agreed to [share] custody" of their children; son Hopper Jack and daughter Dylan Frances," and "have already agreed to division of all property."
Robin has been said not seeking spousal support from Sean. Lawyers for both entertainers weren't immediately available for comment on the legal case.
Robin Wright Penn wed Sean Penn in April 1997. Having a tumultuous relationship, the pair initially filed for divorce in December 2007. However, in April the following year, they were granted a dismissal of their divorce petitions. In April this year, Sean filed for legal separation from Robin before then having it dismissed.
In an interview with More Magazine for its September issue, Robin has affirmed that she had no plans to reconcile with her husband. "I hit that crossroad a while ago," she said. "I know what I don't want."
