is sued by Suave Productions and Don Juan Entertainment for scrapping his scheduled concerts in Australia. "It's unfortunate that it had to come to this. I am a huge Pitbull fan. I've always been the first person in Perth to play his music, but justice must be done," so a statement from the gig's promoters read.

"He can say whatever he wants about why he did not get on the plane but we would rather leave it up to the courts to decide who failed to fulfill their end of the contract," it was further explained. "We did everything we could to make him happy, sometimes even going that extra mile in order to meet his demands. But yet he still refused to get on the plane. Not only that, he also failed to notify that he wasn't coming & also kept half the money for doing nothing at all".

Pitbull was supposed to hold three live gigs in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney in December last year. However, due to what was claimed as unforseen circumstances, he called off the shows.

Pitbull was served with a Statement of Claim last week in Miami in accordance with the law of Florida/USA law. So far, there is no statement from his camp regarding the lawsuit.

I love his music, but the man has gone too far, and Aussies don't take this insult lying down! He took half the money for what?! He deserves it.
