The singer revealed that she has repeatedly declined MTV's offer to have her life and fiance Luke Worrall's captured in a show.

AceShowbiz - The news about Kelly Osbourne securing a deal with MTV to have her own reality series is not 100 percent accurate. Instead of having a show that follows her personal life with fiance Luke Worrall, Kelly will only appear in one episode of the network's regular show with Luke.
Clarifying the rumor, Kelly tweeted, "luke and i are not doing a reality show for MTV! we only participated in 1 episode of there (sic) new series ' In 24 hours'!!!" She added later, "MTV has asked us on several occasions to do a new show for them but we respectfully declined!"
Previously, it was reported that Kelly has started filming the series and that the camera will follow her for the next three weeks. It was supposed to chronicle crazy moments in the couple's life like the wedding preparations, career in Hollywood, and Kelly coping up with sobriety. It was expected that the other Osbournes would pop their heads once in a while.
The series that Kelly mentioned to be the real stint is a program by MTV U.K. which has tapped Daisy Lowe and Pete Doherty before. Actually called "24 Hours With", the show will capture what it's like in a day of the singer's life.
