The just wrapped-up season is promoted outside the U.S. with huge posters of Derek and Meredith in separate shots.

AceShowbiz - Creator Shonda Rhimes has given a sneak peek to the international posters of "Grey's Anatomy" season 5. They are both a close shot of the two main characters, Derek Shepherd and Meredith Grey, with the tag lines "Love is inoperable" and "Worth getting sick for".
"We've had them forever but we finally put them up in the writer's bungalow!" Rhimes wrote on her Twitter. Through the posters, it is known that the fifth season won't hit outside U.S. until next year. The date written below the posters is Sunday, March 4.
"Grey's Anatomy" season 5 wrapped up in mid May this year with Izzie flat-lining and George hit by a bus. It has been confirmed that Katherine Heigl will be back as Izzie while T.R. Knight won't reprise his role as George in the sixth season.
In a related news, the show's spin-off "Private Practice" is casting a 30-something female to fill the role as Sara. This character is expected to also be present on a date for "Grey's Anatomy", leading to the possibility of another crossover event. Meanwhile, it has been confirmed by Rhimes herself that Chandra Wilson aka Bailey will cross over to "Private" in the third episode.
