Pregnant Heidi Klum Shares Tips to Lose Post-Baby Weight

Not undergoing strict diet in order to lose her post-baby weight, the supermodel simply maintains her curvy figure by consuming healthy foods, exercising, and playing with her kids.

Carrying her third child with husband Seal, Heidi Klum shares some tips to maintain her curvy body post giving birth. "I've never really had any special girdle machines or anything like that," Access Hollywood quotes the supermodel as stating. "For me, it's, you know, really healthy foods, exercising, playing with the children, going to the park. Normal things."

"I've never done diets," the 36-year-old goes on revealing on the secret to shed her post-baby weight. "But I also do not sit on the couch with my feet up and eat one potato chip bag after the next and one burger after the other. I think you have to kind of do a little bit of everything."

"I never really put a lot of pressure on myself, but for me personally, I feel like it is always better to get into shape immediately. I feel like if I drag it out too long, I'm not going to do it," she explains further. "So for me it works to kind of get back into shape, afterwards, I feel great. I can put my normal clothes back on and it makes me happy, and it's worked so far."

Heidi Klum drew envy when she made her way back to the catwalk, modeling Victoria's Secret lingerie less than two months after giving birth to son Henry back in 2005. In addition to the boy, Heidi and Seal also have another son named Johan. The celebrity pair, in the meantime, is waiting for the arrival of their third child, a baby girl, who is due in fall. Heidi herself also has one daughter called Leni from her previous relationship with businessman Flavio Briatore.
