A fresh material from Jay-Z's upcoming studio album has just come out, carrying Rihanna's vocal on the hook. Called "Run This Town", this song also has Kanye West singing some verses with the two musicians.
Commenting on the track, Jay-Z previously told BBC's Tim Westwood, "We basically run this town. It's myself, Rihanna and Kanye. It's pretty much it." This song reportedly serves as the second single from the new album.
Jay-Z's forthcoming set is called "The Blueprint 3". The third installment of Jay-Z's Blueprint album series, it is slated for September 11 U.S. release, and aimed to follow up its predecessors "The Blueprint" (2001) and "The Blueprint²: The Gift & the Curse" (2002). Other collaborators in the effort include Kid Cudi, MGMT, Drake and Mr. Hudson.

Kanye is everyone's feature and by now it's getting comical, Rihanna's computerized fake voice is even more annoying (and useless) than usual and this song is a poorly executed comeback for Jay Z. Jay, why don't you use your wife's rea voice instead of a skank who needs autotune to catch right notes? Rihanna must be good in bed. Everybody (male) in the biz wants a piece of her. Fuckin for tracks queen, definitely.
