Contrary to rumors on the street, Hailey Glassman and Jon Gosselin are not engaged. Setting the record straight on the nature of her relationship with the reality TV star, Hailey tells People in an interview that though she and Jon are not engaged just yet, they do have great time together. "We're always laughing and joking. We watch movies, play pool and ping pong. We laugh a lot because I beat him at everything," she reveals.
Hailey opens up in further interview with the weekly publication that she fell for Jon while he was nursing his broken heart at her parents' New York City home in May after splitting up from wife Kate Gosselin. "If you had told me a few months ago, I wouldn't have believed you," she says of dating Jon, before then praising him as a "strong" man.
Admitting that she admires Jon, Hailey spills the beans on the one thing she loves from the "Jon & Kate Plus 8" star. "He's a great cook. He cooks roasted veggies with special seasoning and sauces, and he grills pineapple with a butter concoction," she claims. Asked on what Jon likes from her, Hailey states, "I'm a huge believer in not controlling someone. I'll give my opinion but tell him to do what he wants to do. He said, 'I'm just not used to having an option.' I told him life is about options."
On top of all, Hailey says her parents have approved of her romance with Jon. "They love him. They think of him as part of the family. They think things happen for a reason. The most important thing is if someone fits in with my family ... This is perfect. It just fits," she tells People's latest issue, which will hit the newsstands on Friday, July 24.

so nice of Jon to abandoned his kids to party with a "family friend".... some friend. She couldn't wait to jump on Jon. I wouldn't doubt if these two were having an affair long before it was in the public eye.
