Michael Jackson's daughter, Paris Michael Katherine Jackson, is rumored to have an interest of hitting studio and recording a tribute track for the late singer. The 11-year-old girl reportedly comes up with such idea because she is inspired by star-studded performances from the likes of Mariah Carey and Stevie Wonder at Michael's memorial service.
"Paris was overwhelmed. She never comprehended the scope of his fame," a source tells The Sun. Paris is said to have discussed her plan with her singer aunt Janet Jackson. However, "the Jacksons are very reluctant. But she's convinced it's a good idea," the source adds.
Paris Michael Katherine Jackson took the stage of Los Angeles' Staples Center during Michael Jackson's public memorial service on July 7, showing her love to the late King of Pop. She delivered a tearful speech, "Ever since I was born, Daddy has been the best father you could ever imagine. I just want to say I love him so much."

Paris Michael told her Daddy at her birthday party that she wanted to sing and dance just like him. I think that is her way of still remaining close and knowing that he would be so proud of her. The press make fun of MJ all the time because he covered their little faces. I think MJ did the right thing in protecting them from Society and particularly the negative press. They are a credit to him and nobody can say otherwise. We were lucky to have such a wonderful entertainer. MJ was the best.

It really hit me very bad when I heard Paris saying good bye to her dad. Last year Michael Jackson call my daughter and my son in law. And it was vey surpprising to me that he would call a couple that he really didn't know. And left a message, at that moment I realized that Michael was not the kind of a person stuckup like others stars. He was a very humble person, that I've never seeing before. May the Lord Our God Bless Michael for all the good things he did in life. And also bless his family in this moments of trials.
