Kim Kardashian Convincing Heidi Montag to Pose for Playboy

It turns out that Heidi Montag decided to pose for Playboy after being advised by Kim Kardashian to do so. In an interview with MTV News on Tuesday, June 16, the celebrity socialite revealed, "Actually, I was in Mexico and I got a call from Heidi saying, 'Call me right now.' So I called her and she had said to me, 'What do you think? What's your opinion on if I were to do Playboy?'"

"I think that now's the time," she continued. "I think it's a very classy magazine. It's artsy. I talked her through the whole process and helped her make up her mind." Kim, furthermore said Heidi also consulted her husband Spencer Pratt about doing photo shoot for the men's magazine. "Her and Spencer talked it over," she stated. "They felt like it was the right thing for her to do and I'm anxious to see it."

Asked by MTV News about her own experience posing for Playboy for its December 2007 issue, Kim admitted, "It was a really fun process for me." She, moreover, added that she believed Heidi can do the best for her upcoming Playboy shoot. "I'm excited to see what the pictures will turn out to be," she gushed.

In late April this year, rumors were flying that Heidi Montag was in talks to pose for some raunchy pics for Playboy magazine. Her reality TV star husband Spencer Pratt was reported encouraging her to seal the deal and helping her to score $500,000 in payment.

Both Heidi and Spencer have been playing it coy about the rumors. However, Playboy boss Hugh Hefner already confirmed earlier last month that discussion indeed occurred. As of press time, there hasn't been further information regarding the matter.
