A close-up picture of Emma Watson's Hermione and several behind-the-scenes images of 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince' have made their way out for viewing pleasure.
Warner Bros. have just released a set of new images from their much awaited "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince". One of the photos takes a close-up look at one of the major characters in the film, Hermione Granger, while the rest exhibit captures from the set of this sixth installment of the "Harry Potter" series.
Three of the behind-the-scenes pictures display some of the main actors during the filming. Harry and the Weasleys during the Burrow attack, Harry and Professor Slughorn at the party, and Professor Dumbledore and Harry on their way to Slughorn's house are all included. The last one gives out director David Yates in the Hogwarts' library.
"Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" will center its story at the time when Voldemort's grip on both the Muggle and wizarding worlds is tightening. With Hogwarts no longer being the safe haven it once was, Dumbledore begins to prepare Harry for the final battle that he knows is fast approaching. Bringing in his old friend and colleague Professor Horace Slughorn, he works together with Harry to unlock Voldemort's defenses.
It features the likes of Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, Michael Gambon, Tom Felton, Bonnie Wright, Helena Bonham Carter and Robbie Coltrane among others. Rated PG, it is directed by "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" helmer David Yates. Warner Bros. Pictures will distribute the movie in U.S. on July 15.
