Starting the end of May, Disney Channel has launched its summer program called "Summer of Stars" which second promo has just arrived. It presents more of the Mouse House's teen stars such as Miley Cyrus, Brenda Song, Mitchel Musso, as well as twins Cole Sprouse and Dylan Sprouse, introducing what's coming in the next few months.
The new episode of "Hannah Montana" on Sunday, June 7 will welcome back Cody Linley as Jake Ryan. After a concert Miley finds Traci in Las Vegas and is shocked to find that she is planning to marry Jake.
Soon after "Hannah", "Sonny with a Chance" airs the episode where Selena Gomez guest stars as herself. And then new series "J.O.N.A.S!" will complete the Sunday line-up.
Disney also promotes its new TV movies, "Princess Protection Program" and "Wizards of Waverly Place: The Movie" which come on June 26 and August 1 respectively.
On June 19, the network will air "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe" uninterrupted by ads while on June 20 there will be double treats of "High School Musical" and its sequel "High School Musical 2". Consequently, two movies air every Saturdays, including "Happy Feet", "Another Cinderella Story" and "Ratatouille".
