i def. agree with penny and cindyfor sure. it rly pisses me off seeing all these big pop stars wanting to score on the soundtrack! which is totally bull! And then i heard not long ago that the Jonas Brothers wanna write a song for it too!! wow! if they put them in then alot of fans will be pretty mad cause the songs should be kinda indie and not pop!!! the Twilight soundtrack was awesome and to all the haters that didn't like it means that you're not a true fan!!!

Kelly's music would fit right into the whole scene of heartbreak (if you get what I mean). Do any of you know who's playing Leah Clearwater for Eclipse?

The books have been huge success all over the world -by people of all ages (not only teenagers) and so has the movie. Therefor it doesn't make sense to claim that meyer's work is especially dear to indie-music lovers. That is simply bullshit. I bought the soundtrack and only liked paramore. The rest was rubbish. I certainly hope they do better next time. And I also would enjoy to hear various music styles on it - including pop. Not necessary Kelly Clarkson - because I don't like her voice but there are many other good ones around...

Kellys music would fit right in with these movies...if you guys no her at all you would know My December (her last album) was a super dark album that no one wanted her to release but she didnt care she did anyway. Listen to it and you will se how she does belong in this soundtrack. Her music is amazing...she is dark and very emotional and raw!!! Listen to SOBER, HAUNTED, IRVINE

I agree with penny! WTF for sure. I loved the last sound track but I can't picture it with all of this pop star music. It's not just a teeny bopper movie. Adults like it too.

OMG wtf's up with all these main stream artist trying to score with new moon? I mean she's great and all but the movie's are better off with a more indie sound. I mean very few people knew about meyer's work before it blew up in everyone's face and generally the fan base is more indie. It's like seeing a gothic cheerleader. Possible but not likely. I personally will hate it if they made the saga a mainstream thing I mean it was given popularity by a certain type of kids and they shouldn't change it just to get other people to like it as well.
