Report of T.I. marrying his longtime partner Tameka Cottle in a secret wedding ceremony last week has been denied by his publicist Sydney Margetson. Setting the record straight on the matter, Sydney tells Sister to Sister magazine that the flying wedding reports are "absolutely not true."
On Wednesday, May 27, there was report claiming T.I. tied the knot with girlfriend Tameka in a hush-hush ceremony taking place on an island that was on the outskirts of Miami last week. The twosome reportedly informed reporters that the wedding was a family trip.
Notwithstanding the claim, a source was said telling The Urban Daily, "It's been a crazy situation around here with all that has been taking place. In regards to Tiny and T.I., yes they are officially husband and wife. It recently took place in a very private ceremony with only members of the immediate family and certain members of the Grand Hustle family."
One day prior to the outing of the just-denied nuptials report, T.I. checked himself into the Forrest City Federal Correctional Complex in Forrest Park, Arkansas to begin serving his 366-day federal prison sentence stemming from his October 2007 arrest. He was sent behind bars for attempting to buy illegal machine guns and silencers from undercover agents.
T.I. and Tameka Cottle have been together since 2001. In addition to having two sons; Clifford Harris III and Major Harris, they also have one daughter, Llayah Amour, who was stillborn six months into a complicated pregnancy.

I think he did marry her (and not just for love). She has the kids & can handle business while he's away, conjugal visits (although he can pay a guard) to let her in, but he genuinely seems to love her & I hope she secured her future by being his Mrs. instead of just his baby mama. T.I. keep your head up. I never paid attention to him until all this happened & I saw him on a couple of talk shows & he really seems like a nice guy, not a thug, cute, good sense of humor, and loves his children and shows himelf to be a family man. I hope it all works out for him. I'm sure he'll make ever more money once he gets out from all the publicity.
