Lead vocalist and co-founder of band My Chemical Romance, Gerard Way, has become a first time father as his wife Lindsey "Lyn-Z" Ann Ballato has given birth to their first child on Wednesday, May 27. Confirming the news, Gerard's representative says in a statement issued to People, "Their daughter, Bandit Lee Way, was born in Los Angeles at 2:57 P.M. and weighs 6 lbs., 5.6 oz. Everyone is healthy and happy."
Additionally, Gerard's sister-in-law Alicia Way tweets about the baby's birth. She writes, "Bandit has finally arrived and she's basically the most amazing thing ever."
Gerard Way and Lindsey Ann Ballato, who serves as the bassist for punk rock band Mindless Self Indulgence, were married in September 2007 at a ceremony taking place backstage at a concert in Denver. The pair announced Lyn-Z's pregnancy in November last year.

Well, as weird as this could ever be. Gerard and I share the same Birthday! Good ol' 4/9/77! B4 I knew that I loved MCR and Gerard is so hot. Anyway, well this gets weirder for me. My oldest son's BD is lol.. May 27th! But obviously not the same year! He was born May 27th 1996! But wow.. thats so crazy! If you next child is born on 9/18 then its going beyond weird! Congrats and we will be sharing our BD's together and our child's! :)

Bandit is a really unique name... I know, everyone says that, but it must have taken a lot of ingenious creativity to come up with that. Congrats to Gerard and Lindsey and Bandit! I still wish it was me instead of Lindsey, though... HaHa! Peace!

Well, I have to say that I still ADORE G, even if he is a dad and husband of Lindsey, but I hate his kid's name, and I hate the fact that he's married. Sorry people, G will ALWAYS BE MY BABY! XD!
i actually ran in to all of them at my doctor office was in shock to meet gerard it was awsome i didnt see there baby but i saw him and his wife congrats :D
