KISS' frontman Gene Simmons revealed that he is willing to take the runner-up of "American Idol" season eight, Adam Lambert, on a tour with his band. "He can come on tour whenever he'd like," Gene told Extra after the Idol result show on May 20 was wrapped up.
"Of course he'd have to put his armor on because the fans, especially the KISS fans, take no prisoners," Gene elaborated his statement. "You gotta go big. Gotta be strong. You gotta be a rock, baby!" During the occasion, he also praised Adam stating, "Adam was fantastic. What a powerful and attractive man he is."
In response to Gene's invitation, Adam answered, "That would be amazing ... I would love that." He added, "That'd be such an honor. I had so much fun. To perform with KISS, I would love that. What a wonderful compliment. Thank you, Gene. That was very, very nice of him."

To Vicky - how shallow can one get? Talking about you. Talent is beyond a bad case of acne or skin or whatever. IT IS THE PERSONALITY, THE CHARISMA, THE VOICE and that X Factor that makes people notice and take note and talk. People has seen Adam with no make-up like in his initial audition and he looks even BETTER sans makeup. But if he wishes to put eyeliner etc, so be it. He is so many people's IDOL. Get over it. Go look in the mirror yourself. You might get those pock marks also.
I would like to see him tour with KISS, but I don't want him to be their lead singer permanently. I want him as a solo artist

Gene Simmons is very smart. He knows what a BOOST in ticket sales it would be for him to have Adam with them...
Personaly I think Queen should just have Adam as there new lead singer. That seemed like a natural match.
