The first movie trailer of "Nine" has made its way out via Apple. Opened with a silhouette imagery of a man walking into a dark room, it moves on to display the scene wherein Judi Dench's Lily is giving some advice to Daniel Day-Lewis's Guido Contini. Then, the footage cuts to another scene where Nicole Kidman's Claudia Graham walks into the dark room and kisses Contini.
Aside from those three characters, the trailer also presents a better look at Marion Cotillard's Luisa Contini, Penelope Cruz's Carla and Kate Hudson's Stephanie. Two other characters, Contini's mother played by Sophia Loren, and the whore from his youth Saraghina portrayed by Stacy Ferguson a.k.a. Fergie, also get more exposure.
A vibrant and provocative musical that follows the life of world famous film director Guido Contini, "Nine" chronicles the time Contini reaches a creative and personal crisis of epic proportion, while balancing the numerous women in his life. Directed by "Chicago" helmer Rob Marshall, it is adapted from the 1982 Tony-winning Broadway musical and is set to be released in the U.S. theaters on November 25.
