Previously sharing his wedding plans to the press, Mark Wahlberg is said being pushed by daughter Ella Rae to marry his longtime partner Rhea Durham. "Ella is very smart," an insider tells In Touch Weekly. "She wanted to know why dad and mom weren't married." It is Ella's question that forces Mark to finally make plans to marry Rhea after eight years together.
"It took him a while to get used to the idea of getting married," the insider continues. "But now he can't wait for them to become man and wife."
And while it is no longer secret that Mark and Rhea will tie the knot in a private wedding ceremony in August, more details of the planned affair have been uncovered. It is reported that the twosome will exchange wedding vows at Beverly Hills' Good Shepherd Catholic Church in front of 30 guests. No words though on who will be invited to the nuptials.
Mark Wahlberg has been romancing Rhea Durham since 2001. They are parents to three children; daughter Ella Rae, and sons Michael and Brendan Joseph.
