'Drag Me to Hell' Unleashes 2 Heart-Pounding Clips

Two fresh clips from Sam Raimi's 'Drag Me to Hell' share a look at the horror Alison Lohman's Christine Brown experiences when she is awaken from her sleep in the middle of the night.

AceShowbiz - Heart-pumping horror to be seen in "Drag Me to Hell" is being unleashed through two new clips. One of the clips entitled "Flies" comes out via Yahoo! Movies, while the other one is posted in Moviefone. Different in the sense of its running time, both of the snippets center on Alison Lohman's Christine Brown.

Around one minute and thirty seconds long, the "Flies" clip gives out the scene wherein Christine is having one rough night. When she is asleep on her bed with fiance by her side, a fly goes into the room and disturbs her sleep. Finally awaken after almost swallowing the fly, Christine tries to go back to sleep, but much to her surprise the person laying next to her is no longer her fiance.

Meanwhile, the second clip is thirty seconds short and is a fast-paced one. Watching mysterious breeze inside her house, Christine soon gets a frightening encounter with the evil when the light suddenly goes out and her flashlight won't work.

"Drag Me to Hell" revolves around ambitious L.A. loan officer Christine Brown. Having a charming boyfriend and a rising career, life is good for Christine, that is until mysterious Mrs. Ganush arrives at the bank, begging Christine for an extension on her home loan. When she chooses to impress her boss for a chance at promotion rather than helps the old lady, Christine learns the hard way the effect of embarrassing Mrs. Ganush.

The movie marks the return of director Sam Raimi to the horror genre. It stars Alison Lohman and Lorna Raver. The two are joined by Justin Long, Jessica Lucas and Dileep Rao among others in the cast ensemble. Universal Pictures will distribute this film in theaters in the U.S. on May 29.
