It is official, Ciara and Jay-Z will be teaming up for a short tour this summer. "I will say it because the information has been leaked. Me and Jay-Z will be doing a 10-city tour run together! More details coming soon!" Ciara reveals on her Twitter.
Contrary to Ciara's announcement of the 10-city tour, a representative for Jay-Z told MTV News that his roadshow with Ciara will not be held in 10 cities. As of press time, there are five dates confirmed for the Live Nation-promoted tour.
The confirmed dates for Ciara and Jay-Z's tour include two concerts at The Pearl of the Palms Casino in Las Vegas on June 3 and 4. Additionally, a live gig at Chastain Park Amphitheatre in Atlanta on June 12 is also listed on their calendar.
One week after singing in Atlanta, Ciara will fly to Europe as Britney Spears' supporting act for Britney's "Circus" tour. Her last stop with Britney will be at O2 World in Berlin, Germany on July 26.
In related news, Ciara reportedly plans to re-release her new album "Fantasy Ride". Eying to drop the re-release sometime in December, she is said to work with RedOne for a new track, which will then be featured in the effort.
