Amy Winehouse shouted 'I am short and I don't give a f---' and 'Sorry, I'm bored' in between her live appearances in St. Lucia before exiting the stage without finishing her song.

AceShowbiz - Amy Winehouse apparently had disappointed her fans following her not-so-all-out performance in the 18th annual St. Lucia Jazz Festival by exiting from the stage before her last song was finished. Before her departure from the stage, she managed to perform several songs, including "Know You Now".

A spokesperson for Amy released a statement, citing "technical difficulties" as the cause of her early exit. "The set started well, but as the heavens opened, a number of technical difficulties occurred onstage, culminating with the lighting rig failing for two songs. In addition, rain began to flood the technical wings at the side of the stage, which caused sound problems. Amy and the band tried to soldier on, but the set had to be cut short," so the spokesperson opened up.

"Amy is very disappointed, as St. Lucia has been wonderful to her," the spokesperson revealed further. "And its people have welcomed her with open arms, but circumstances beyond anyone's control meant that this special show did not go as planned."

During the May 8 event, Amy took off her heels after previously stumbling and falling during her performance. Then, she told crowd, "I am short and I don't give a f---." She even said "Sorry, I'm bored" when starting to sing "During Some Unholy War" before then changing her mind and attempting to perform "Back to Black".

With rumor on the street suggesting Amy has worked on new materials for her new album, fans reportedly expected to hear some new songs from her. However, she sang only tracks from her 2006 effort "Back to Black". Her last song at the festival was "Valerie" before she withdrew from the stage without bothering to finish the track.

Amy Winehouse will next be seen performing at "Island Records 50 Year celebrations". She is rumored to showcase new songs in the event, which will be held at the Shepherds Bush Empire on May 31.
