The long circulating rumors that Katie Price and Peter Andre are divorcing have been confirmed by the couple's management company.

AceShowbiz - After months of chatter and speculation, Katie Price and Peter Andre have finally confirmed that they are divorcing. The couple's management company, Can Associates Limited, issued a statement regarding that matter on Monday, May 11, stating "Peter Andre and Katie Price are separating after four and a half years of marriage. They have both requested that the media respect their families' privacy at this difficult time."
Katie Price and Peter Andre met each other for the very first time on the U.K. reality TV show "I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!". They have been married since September 2005 and are parents to two children; son Junior Sawa Andre and daughter Princess Tiaamii. Besides, Katie also has another son named Harvey Daniel with ex-lover, footballer Dwight Yorke.
Hit with a number of divorce reports, both Katie and Peter have repeatedly denied they are separating, insisting their marriage is okay. The just-issued confirmation of their split comes less than a day after The Sun ran a picture on its site that showed Katie cozying up to a mystery man during a drunken night out at the Syndicate club in Bristol, England, while Peter was nowhere to be seen. As of press time, there haven't been words if the man is Katie's new fling or if he has something to do with her separation from Peter.
