Avril Lavigne has added fuel to the existing rumors that her marriage with husband Deryck Whibley is on the rocks after she reportedly was seen getting cozy with Brandon Davis during an outing at hot spot MyHouse on Friday night, May 8. Arriving with the socialite at the venue just before 1 A.M., the singer was spotted sitting on his lap when they left together in a limo later on the day, prompting rumors that they have an affair.
Brandon has been well known as the close friend of Avril and celebrity socialite Paris Hilton. Aside from his acting and modeling career, he is known as the grandson of late billionaire oil tycoon Marvin Davis. He previously dated actress Mischa Barton.
Earlier before Avril's arrival at MyHouse, her musician husband Deryck was also seen there with some of his male friends. Asked about his wife, the Sum 41 lead vocalist kept his lips tightly sealed, offering no single word for the press. He and his companion then left the venue at around 12:50 A.M. No word if Deryck was aware of Avril and Brandon's arrival.
Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley, who have been married for two years, are often hit with separation reports. However, they have repeatedly denied that their marriage is in trouble. Regarding the last separation report which is run by X17 Online, neither of them has spoken out about that matter though.

Can people in Hollywood ever be married and not have to be said to split up months later? It seems the media loves seeing people split and not want to see them happy, especially young couples like Avril and Deryck or Pete and Ashlee.
