Kelly Clarkson's song titled "Did You?" is rumored as one of the tracks considered to be featured in "The Twilight Saga's New Moon". It has hit the web and contains darker lyrics than the ones carried by her previous songs. "Did you ever believe in me?/Did you ever love me?" part of its lines read.
"Did You?" is said to be a leftover from Kelly's 2007 effort "My December". Written by the winner of "American Idol" season one herself, it is produced by David Kahne and revolves around a broken-hearted person.
Kelly is indeed a fan of Stephanie Meyer's "Twilight" novel series and looks forward to see "New Moon" in the big screen. "[I] Finished the Twilight books (so did my mom and sister) and we cannot wait for the next movie 'New Moon'," she wrote on her blog back in January.
Kelly is not the only "American Idol" alum who is interested to score music for the "Twilight" sequel. Previously, her Idol pal Justin Guarini also uploaded a song called "I Can't Live" on YouTube with a message "If you like it, share it, and ask for it to be put in the new 'Twilight' movie."
Despite the huge interests shown by musicians, including Jonas Brothers who admitted that crafting song for the Robert Pattinson-starring film "would be cool," director for the movie, Chris Weitz, hasn't made any decision just yet concerning its theme songs, according to E! Online. Recently, it was suggested that music supervisor Alexandra Patsavas, who worked on the soundtrack for "Twilight", will once again step behind production desk to get the theme songs for its sequel done.

Kelly Clarkson's song 'Haunted is just perfect. If you listen to the lyrics, they just fit to how Bella is feeling!! Plus Kelly is an amazing singer!! Can't Wait until New Moon comes out!!!!
Oh my god! I just listened to Haunted off Kelly's 3rd album and you're right! It is so perfect for New Moon and to top it all off the song is amazing and could totally do well as a single. I also think that Cry from her latest album would be a good song choice as well. The lyrics work with this one too.
I really hope Paramore gets to be in New Moon. And "Haunted" does sound much more suitable for New Moon. "Did I" sounds a little roo "pop' for the movie.

I agree. Kelly Clarkson is an amazing singer, and her song 'Haunted' has a real sense of losing someone you cannot live without. It also highlights the concept of feeling broken into pieces and completely alone, exactly how Bella feels when Edward leaves.

I think "Haunted" is much more suitable than "Did I".It has this dark tone the other one lacks and what is more-the lyrics are just Bella's summarized thoughts.
