Casey Aldridge has been discharged from the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where he's been receiving treatment since last week after involving in a single car crash.

AceShowbiz - Jamie Lynn Spears' fiance, Casey Aldridge, has been released from the University of Mississippi Medical Center where he's been treated after getting involved in a single car crash last week. A family source has been informing People that Casey was discharged from the facility on Friday, May 1.
"Casey got home today, and he's doing really well," the source says in a statement. "He'll have to have some rest for the next few weeks. He's still got a headache, but everything looks good." The source, furthermore, reveals that the accident caused Casey to suffer from head injury, which luckily required no surgery and apparently caused no permanent damage.
Still according to the same source, Casey and Jamie currently are staying "at the house in Liberty (Miss.)." Meanwhile, their baby daughter, Maddie Briann, has been taken care of by grandmother Lynne Spears.
Casey Aldridge was involved in a single-car accident in Louisiana on April 26 that caused him to suffer from head injuries. The young guy reportedly was driving his 2008 Ford F-250 after attending his cousin's bachelor party at nearby Lake Bruin on April 25 when he accidentally lost control of his ride that it went off the shoulder of a road. He and two of his four passengers, all of whom didn't wear their seat belts, were thrown out of the car when it rolled over the street.
Soon following the accident, Casey was rushed to a small, rural hospital in Vidalia, La. before then being transferred by ambulance to University of Mississippi Medical Center, a larger hospital located in Jackson. His fiancee, Jamie, had been staying by his side during his hospital stay. Some of his family members also visited him at the hospital.
