AceShowbiz - Ben Holz, the man who is claimed to be Lindsay Lohan's new boyfriend, has denied that he is romancing the actress-singer. Putting the brake on the false circulating dating reports, the man writes an e-mail addressed to Radar Online, confirming "Lindsay and I are JUST FRIENDS."
"We have a mutual friend, Woody Harrelson, who lives here on the island - he asked me to show her around," Ben continues explaining on the nature of his relationship with Lindsay. However, no words have been issued by Lindsay herself or her people about the matter.
Lindsay Lohan and Ben Holz sparked dating rumors after they were photographed spending some quality time together on a beach in Hawaii, where the actress has been vacationing for these past few days. They were caught on camera enjoying a dip together. Asked if he was dating Lindsay, Ben previously declined to give direct answer, stating "I'd prefer not to say anything about the situation."
