Indie film 'The Company Men' is joined by two Golden Globe nominees Maria Bello and Craig T. Nelson as workers of the company.
"The Company Men (2010)", may be an independently-financed flick but it draws support from notable stars. The latest to join the drama are Golden Globe nominee Maria Bello and Emmy Awards-winning actor Craig T. Nelson.
The pic is about a man whose life is upended by a financial downsizing. Bello plays the vice president of human resources department who will have to fire Ben Affleck's character. Nelson meanwhile, plays the CEO of the company.
With the addition of the pair, the film will be a line-up of A-class actors such as Ben Affleck, Tommy Lee Jones and Kevin Costner. The scriptwriting and the production itself are taken care of by John Wells who is also making his big screen debut as a director in this movie.
The production has been set in motion in Boston and is slated to come out in U.S. next year.
