'The record sounds dope and I feel good about it. It's one of my favorite tracks on the album. I had to keep it the same,' Ciara says of 'Turntables', her duet song with Chris Brown.

AceShowbiz - Ciara opens up about the reason behind the decision of keeping "Turntables", a duet song between her and Chris Brown, in her forthcoming third studio album "Fantasy Ride". She says the collaborative track is one of her favorite songs and so she decides "to keep it the same" despite Chris' altercation issue with Rihanna.

"The record sounds dope and I feel good about it. It's one of my favorite tracks on the album," Ciara tells Rap-Up. "I had to keep it the same. I'm sticking to it just being about the music in this case. What happened with them is personal and I don't really know everything. All I know is I love the record."

Chris Brown was rumored to be scrapped from Ciara's collaborators list after Ciara told hosts Terrence and Rocsi during her visit on BET's "106 & Park" on February 23 that she might re-record the track. "Now you may hear it a little bit differently than what you've heard it, but in a cool way," she said at the time.

Beside Chris, Ciara also lines up Justin Timberlake, Young Jeezy, Ludacris, The-Dream and Missy Elliott as her duet partners in the new album. She will release the record in U.S. stores on May 5.
