Reports have been mounting that Salma Hayek and her husband Francois-Henri Pinault will host a second wedding celebration this weekend in Venice, Italy.

AceShowbiz - Recently denying reports that she planned to host a $2 million second wedding celebration, Salma Hayek reportedly plans to remarry her businessman husband Francois-Henri Pinault this weekend in Venice, Italy. The actress and some of her celebrity friends, including Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem, reportedly have arrived in the country for the event.

Ashley Judd and Luis Miguel are the other people who are expected to attend the wedding ceremony, which is arranged for Salma and Francois-Henri's friends and family who couldn't witness their first wedding in February. And while there hasn't been official confirmation on that matter, actor Antonio Banderas has been quoted as announcing at a press conference in Spain earlier this week that he plans to join wife Melanie Griffith in Venice, Italy for Salma's wedding this weekend.

Citing People en Espanol, People writes in a report on its site the celebration will be kicked off with a rehearsal dinner on Friday, April 24 which will be followed by a wedding ceremony on the following day at the Palazzo Grassi, a white marble palace built in 1748-1772 and owned by the Pinault family since 2005. The building was where Salma and Francois-Henri first met.

Salma Hayek and Francois-Henri Pinault initially wed in a very private ceremony held in the City Hall of the Sixth Arrondissement in central Paris on February 14, 2009. The couple is parents to one daughter named Valentina Paloma Pinault, who was born in September 2007.
