Rihanna will be holding a live concert in Dubai in late May, making it her first gig since being attacked by Chris Brown.

AceShowbiz - Rihanna is ready to conduct a live concert for the first time since being assaulted by Chris Brown back in February. She is confirmed to perform in Dubai on May 28, according to E! Online.

"There will be over 25,000 tickets available," Mary Rachelle Cherpak, a spokeswoman for Dubai Tourism tells the publication. "They will be going on sale in the next couple of days."

The venue for the upcoming gig is still to be determined, but it possibly will be held at an outdoor arena. "Normally they create a special stage in the desert for these events," Mary confesses.

Rihanna has hinted that she is ready to return to the spotlight when she was spotted attending one of N.E.R.D's concerts in Los Angeles last weekend. After the Hip-Hop group delivered a few songs, she came on to the stage and danced spontaneously with them.

In related news, report about who will be working with Rihanna in her upcoming album keeps pouring in. After being rumored to hit studio with powerhouse producer Max Martin and OneRepublic's frontman, Ryan Tedder, she is now said to work with another top-notch producer Timbaland.

On top of that, Stargate and The Underdogs are also claimed to have submitted new songs for Rihanna. Up to date, the Barbadian songbird as well as her management team offer no single word upon who her team for the new album will be comprising of.
